Cara is searching for a comfy corner to curl into.
Cara and her brother, Cillian, came from an overcrowded municipal shelter. These felines are ready for their forever homes off the streets and are learning the joys of safety and security.
ABOUT CARA - In foster - Cara is a skittish cat who has had minimal experience with humans. - With the help of a foster family, Cara is on a journey to adapt to a new environment and become more comfortable around people. - She enjoys a good snooze with her brother. - Cara has been accepting pets during mealtimes, but is still nervous around hands. - Cara enjoys surveying her kingdom, watching the outside world through the windows. - Kittens, like Cara, have lots of energy! - She enjoys playing with string toys, having so much fun that she purrs while she does it! - Cara is spayed, microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, SNAP-tested for FIV/FeLV, and up to date on core vaccinations.
CARA’S IDEAL HOME - It’s important that Cara goes to a home where there is already a feline-friendly cat in residence, or be adopted with her sibling, or another EHS-compatible cat. - Kittens require ample and mindful stimulation, through play, from their humans. - Potential adopters should be prepared to commit the time, effort, and patience required to help Cara settle into her new environment.
