If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
We adopted Precious about 5 years ago, she was added to our home which had an older Yorky poodle mix and she was a bit much for her. We added another poodle mix and things went very well and all seemed good. Over the last year or so things changed a bit for Precious, she became more timid and we couldn’t figure out why. We think she just needs to have more attention and to be with someone who can spend more time with her, or all the new construction in our neighborhood has got her on edge?? She is very gentle and friendly loves to play fetch and loves toys. She is a good eater and has been on Dr Marty’s and fresh Pet all her life. We work full time and although there are other dogs, we don’t think she is getting all she needs from us.
