Hi, I'm Raucous. I am really sweet but a little shy. I dream of finding my furrever home with a kind, caring, and patient family. With a little time and understanding, you can help me feel safe and comfortable, and you’ll see me slowly come out of my shell. I genuinely enjoy being brushed and petted, and I could happily sit there just about all day. Did I mention I have beautiful, soft fur? If you ever cannot find me, I am most likely hiding under my blanket. I absolutely love cozying up, and I think I would be a great cuddle partner for you. One of my favorite things are those yummy squeeze tube treats;definitely a shortcut to my heart. Bringing me into your family means gaining a sweet, loyal, and loving companion who will brighten your days and fill your life with endless snuggles.
I would do well in a home with other cats and older, considerate children. I would also enjoy just being someone's solo buddy. A polite and calm dog I should be able to warm up to as well.
Raucous came from a hoarding case and grew up around a lot of cats which is why she is so comfortable in their presence. She has had much more human handling and interactions since being in our care and is finally ready to transition into a new home. She is a very gentle soul an will thrive in a patient household.
