My name is Tao,

I came from a home that couldn’t really take care of me because of some medical reasons.  I learned to stay quiet, stay calm. When I was surrendered from that situation, I didn’t fuss or fight—I just let out a small sigh of relief.

At the vet, I surprised everyone. I sat still, cooperated, and handled the whole exam like a seasoned pro. No drama, no panic… just a calm little cat doing his best.  It was great to flea- free again.   I warm up best with slow approaches and soft voices.  Once I know you’re safe, I’m all gentle eyes and will lean into your hand.

I’m Tao—a peaceful soul looking for a home that matches my quiet, thoughtful way of moving through the world.
