If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Layla is a very sweet, energetic, playful three-year-old. She was bottle fed as a kitten, mother passed the day after she had her litter. Layla has been with other cats in the past and gotten along with them well. We have had her for six months. She has not been around another cat during that time. We have a dog, but she does not mingle with the dog.
When we took Layla in, her owners were going to surrender her because she had stomach issues. That has been completely corrected by giving her Science Diet Sensitive Stomach. She is a happy and healthy kitty. She loves to play and is also very independent. Layla is very chatty and loves to chirp. She would do amazing in a single cat home without a doubt.
We will send all of her food, toys, her feeding system and litter box with her to her new home. We want her to be in a place where she has room to run inside and is happy. She will have to be strictly indoors as her previous owners had her declawed.
