Toby Tobe aka lazy bones
Meet this sweet, resilient boy!
Around 3 years old, this handsome boy has had quite a journey and is now ready for a loving home that understands him. He may be a little shy at first, but once he warms up to you, he is as sweet as can be. While he’s not very energetic and may not find the most interest in toys, he loves being close to his people.
He does well staying indoors during the day, but he prefers having outdoor access at night and would thrive in a safe outdoor or indoor/outdoor setting. He’s fully litter box trained and has excellent house manners. He’s friendly with other cats and gets along well with senior dogs, making him a great fit for a calm, pet-friendly home. We believe that Toby could do best in a single cat home or with a kitten. He is very gentle and mellow and likes to be friends with other animals. He could also do well with a low energy or senior dog. Older, gentle children in the home would also be a fit for him.
He was likely living on the streets for about a year after being dumped when he wasn’t neutered and began spraying. The good news: he’s now neutered, healthy, and much happier. He is FIV/FELV negative, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered — all ready for his furrever home. This boy has shown how adaptable and loving he can be, and he’s ready for a second chance with someone who can offer him security, kindness, and the outdoor freedom he enjoys. If you’re looking for a gentle, affectionate companion who appreciates both indoor time and nighttime adventures, he may be your perfect match.
