Willow is a joyful 6-month-old Black Mouth Cur & Anatolian Shepherd mix. She’s playful, affectionate, and loves toys, treats, belly rubs, and meeting new friends.

Her mix gives her both the confident, people loving side of a Cur and the gentle, loyal nature of an Anatolian. She’s smart, social, and full of energy, thriving with space to explore and an active family. Willow adores other dogs and gets along with dog, savvy cats.

This playful girl will flourish with structure, patience, and love. She’s spayed, healthy, and ready to bring laughter and joy to her forever home

Home Check

Our Home Checks are Virtual on Zoom, FaceTime, Messenger..... followed by reference check as well as a vet reference check.

Meet the Pet

Once your application has been approved and we think the dog you have applied for is a good match we will then set up a meet & greet.

Approve Application

Sign Adoption Contract

Pay Fee

Once the adoption contract and fee have been received the dog can go home with the approved adopter.

Backstreet Paws Rescue is a non-profit, volunteer based organization that helps homeless, abandoned street dogs find their forever homes. We are dedicated to providing the best possible care for these animals until they can be placed into a loving home. Our ultimate goal is to reduce the number of dogs that are euthanized each year in shelters due to lack of adoptions. We believe that every dog deserves a chance at a happy life and we are committed to helping as many dogs as possible.
