What we know: Local owner surrender from Colorado. Litter of 5, 2 females 3 males. Mom was no longer taking care of puppies so they surrendered them to us at 4 weeks old. Reported parents are beagle mom and toy poodle dad.

From the foster: Minos is the sweetest little rascal. He loves picking on his little sister and playing tug of war. He is working hard on potty training and such a fast learner! He is a total extrovert and has serious FOMO if he’s not included in everything you’re doing. He’s is a little Velcro puppy.
He is not yet leash trained but loves playing outside in a fenced in area. He’s great at peering on puppy pads and is learning how to become acquainted with grass as his new potty spot.
Ducks and tug of war are his favorite toys. He loves being snuggled up to his sister and may need a friend to play with or a family who can give him plenty of attention.
He’s curious and will benefit from a safe place in the home to explore. At 7 weeks he already is climbing two flights of stairs if you turn your back! Strong little fella with the sweetest puppy eyes.
Very smart and trainable with the right patience, care, and attention! Minos is the perfect pup for new pet owners.

Colorado Puppy Rescue is a 501(c)3 no-kill rescue for young puppies. We accept puppies from kill-shelters in southern CO, NM,TX, OK and KS. Most of our puppies are mixed mutts under 12 weeks old, some are as old as 6 months. We do not have a shelter. All of our puppies stay in foster homes so the only time they are available for adoption is at our adoption events. We average 20 puppies a week and update our website with available puppies Friday afternoons.
