We adopted Leo from a rescue agency (Tall Tails) in March of 2022. He was transported to us from Texas. He has lived with our family since. Leo loves kids (my daughters are now 13 and 11) and he has learned to share the house with our cat although they do play fight still every now and then. He adapts well to friends' dogs and our family members' dogs that come to stay with us. Although we have not properly leash trained him we walk him around the neighborhood on a leash daily. Leo loves to sleep with humans, he doesn't like sleeping separately. He doesn't like to be around fireworks and can get anxious if he is left home alone for more than 6 hours at a time. He is not crate trained. Unfortunately my husband and I are going through a divorce and I am unable to take him where I am moving. My husband is unable to provide the attention and care Leo needs which is why we need to re-home him. He is a very loving and affectionate dog, we will miss him.
