Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Dallas is a charming grey and white tabby with an outgoing personality and a heart that seems to have endless room for love. He came to us from a neglect case in Juneau County, where he was living in extremely poor conditions. The environment was unsafe and unsanitary, with no running water and trash covering the space. Despite this difficult start, Dallas has shown us just how resilient and adaptable he truly is.
According to his foster, Dallas is one of the most well-adjusted cats they’ve ever had the pleasure of fostering. He is friendly, confident, and always eager to be part of whatever is happening around him. Dallas has some strong “velcro cat” tendencies—he clearly thrives on companionship and loves being close to his people, offering plenty of affection and attentiveness in return.
Dallas does wonderfully meeting new people and has even taken a liking to the resident dogs in his foster home. He enjoys lounging near them and happily joins in when playtime begins. He entertains himself with little balls and pompoms, but also loves interactive play with wand toys. His adorable pitter-patters when he plays or trots around are just one more reason he’s impossible not to love.
Social, playful, and incredibly affectionate, Dallas would be a perfect fit for a family looking for a cat who wants to be involved, loved, and included. He’s ready to leave his past behind and become a cherished member of a home that will give him the safety, attention, and love he deserves. 💕
All our cats are spayed/neutered, dewormed, FELV tested, microchipped, receive prevention while in our care, and up to date on age-appropriate vaccines. If you're interested in adopting, please fill out an application on our website at https://www.sftsrescue.org/adoptable-cats
