Despite the difficult environment he came from, Toby has remained soft, sweet, and hopeful.
This tender boy loves a good snuggle and finds comfort in being close to the people he trusts. He’s currently in a foster home, where he’s taking some well-deserved time to decompress and settle into a safe, predictable routine.
