Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Tito is a 1-year-old male Chihuahua with a sweet, shy soul and the most soulful ember-brown eyes. He’s a small-to-medium sized guy, about 15 lbs, making him a perfect compact companion.Tito is still learning that the world can be a safe and loving place. He may be timid at first, but with patience, gentle encouragement, and consistency, his personality will slowly begin to shine. He would do best in a calm home with adopters who understand shy dogs and are committed to helping him build confidence at his own pace.Tito’s future family should be familiar with (or willing to learn about) the 3-3-3 Rule.
First 3 days: A dog may feel overwhelmed, nervous, or unsure as they decompress.First 3 weeks: They begin to settle in, learn routines, and show more of their personality.First 3 months: Trust is built, confidence grows, and the dog truly starts to feel at home.
With time, patience, and love, Tito has all the potential to become a loyal and devoted companion. If you’re looking for a gentle little dog to grow with and cheer on every step of the way, Tito might be your perfect match.
