Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Sienna...
This sweet Chihuahua mix is about 2 to 3 years old and is just beginning to discover what it means to feel safe. She came from a hoarding situation and didn’t get the chance to be socialized early on, so the world is still a quiet mystery to her.
She is very shy at first, but with patience and kindness, her curiosity peeks through. Each day she grows a little braver. She’s now comfortable taking treats gently from a hand, which feels like a big victory and a sign of the trust she’s learning to build.
She does well with other dogs after a slow adjustment period and often finds comfort in their company. Cats, however, tend to trigger her playful chase instinct, so a cat-free home would be best. Because of her sensitive nature, she would thrive in a calm, quiet household without small children.
This little girl is looking for a special person who understands that love doesn’t have to be loud to be deep. In the right home, with time and patience, she has all the potential to blossom into a devoted and grateful companion. 💛
Sienna is up to date on vaccines, has been dewormed, flea treated, microchipped and spayed. If interested, please submit an application.
All current pets MUST be up to date on vaccines and spayed/neutered unless there is a medical reason.

Please Note: We are making changes to our Foster to Adopt process. Limited resources to follow up on pending adoptions and delays in processing payments is adding to our financial restrictions. Going forward we will collect payment when the dog is transferred to the potential new owner and will be held for an agreed upon trial time. Exceptions or extended trial times will be considered on a case by case basis and will depend upon the need or situation.

We work hard to ensure the adoption process is as successful as possible, both for you and the animal you're considering adopting. We will work with you find the very best pet for you and your family. You can begin the process by looking at our available animals. We will try and give you as much basic information as possible. The next step is to complete an adoption application using our online form. This will allow us to determine if you and the animal you've chosen might be a good fit. We will contact you with any questions we might have, answer any questions or concerns, and schedule a time for you to meet the animal you're interested in.
Our adoption fees depend on a number of factors but typically range from $45 to $75 for cats and $125 to $300 for dogs. While adoption fees don’t come close to covering all the costs of caring for the animals we bring into rescue, it does make it easier for us to continue saving others. And really, it's impossible to put a price on the love and companionship a pet can bring to our lives.

All our adoptable animals are in foster homes. For this reason, we require that all potential adopters complete an adoption application prior to meeting an animal. We want to find the very best fit, both for the animal and for the adopter!
