-Portia was dumped at a kill shelter in VA when she was supposed to be fed to a snake but then fought back! She came all the way up here to find a new family and some new friends! She is a little nervous at first but once she knows she can trust you, she likes to ride around on your shoulder and hang out and get attention! She cannot be adopted out as a single, she must go to a home with at least one other rat to pair with or to a home with other females. Interested adopters can fill out our adoption application here: https://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html . Adoption fee is $20 for a single, $30 for a pair, $45 for a trio. And $55 for a quad.

All potential adopters will be fully screened and must fill out an application and come meet the animal they wish to adopt. No animals will ever be shipped.
