My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I’m Austen, I’m bonded with my best friend Mickey, and we’re looking for a forever home together. We were surrendered when our family could no longer afford to care for us, but my heart is still very full of love. I’m a friendly, affectionate, and vocal guy who thrives on human attention. I love sitting in laps, being picked up, and being held—honestly, I don’t usually get “enough” pets. I’ll happily soak them all in. One of my favourite ways to show love is with forehead bumps, and I’ll chat with you all day long to make sure you know how much I care. I’m not much of a toy guy, but cuddling and companionship are absolutely my thing. I’ve lived peacefully with another cat and did all the sweet stuff—sleeping nearby, nose boops, and grooming. I do well with cats and am semi-okay with dogs, though I like to stand my ground and prefer a calmer environment. I’m wonderful with kids—relaxed, friendly, and affectionate. If you’re looking for a gentle, chatty cuddle bug (plus his bonded buddy Mickey), we’re ready to bring a whole lot of love into your home.
