My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello, I'm Star. 💚🐾

In the quiet corners of the shelter, I've found solace, but what I truly seek is a forever home where love and patience shine. I'm a sweet soul, often a bit shy, but give me a moment, and I'll warm up, showing you my gentle, mellow nature. My dream is to find someone who understands that all I need is a gentle touch and time to blossom. If you're looking for a quiet companion to share calm days with, I'm your perfect match. Let's fill our days with peace and love together.

I am going home on our Foster to adopt program! This means I would go home the same day as our meet and greet but need to be returned on certain date for dental surgery - March 05-26. We do ask that my forever family lives local to the center (within an hour) so I can make this very important date!

I don't need much, just a loving home. Adopting me would mean a loyal friend for life, a quiet companion who'll always be there. For more information, please email orangeville@ontariospca.ca (please check your junk mail) and include your phone number so we can better contact you. Otherwise. please stop by for a visit and I would be happy to meet you!

I can't wait to come home to you! 💙

- Star 💚🐾

Additional adoption info

Adopters are welcome to visit our animal centres across the province seven days a week for in-person adoptions. We encourage visitors to arrive a minimum of 30-45 minutes before closing time to ensure that we can help you find a match and send you home with your new furry friend on the same day.
