Luka is a two to three year old poodle, schnauzer mix who came to NJ from Georgia from a closed down puppy mill. He is approx ten lbs.
Luka loves to play with other dogs running around and wrestling with toys. He gets over stimulated by too much human activity so a quiet household, preferably adult only, is best. He seems to prefer females. He is getting use to being held and pampered. Being a resident of a puppy mill did not allow Luka to learn to trust humans. Luka loves to take walks and wander around his foster home's fenced backyard. A fenced yard is required. Luka needs reinforcement with house training which has been difficult with the current freezing and icy weather.
