Benny is a 14-year-old Shih Tzu mix, weighing 12 pounds, and he is truly a little ray of sunshine. This happy guy loves everyone he meets and has a surprising amount of pep for his age. Spunky, upbeat, and full of personality, Benny still enjoys being active and involved in whatever’s going on around him.
When Benny first came into rescue, his bloodwork showed signs of kidney disease. With good, basic care and consistency, his bloodwork is now completely normal, which has been amazing to see.
Benny gets along great with other dogs, cats, and people — he’s one of those easygoing seniors who just fits right in. He is fully vetted and officially ready for his forever home.
