Well, hello there. I’m Raven. Beautiful Raven. Look at the photos. You can call me Gorgeous. I’m 8 years old but don’t look a day over 6. Now, you may notice a few things about me…my black and grey fluffy fur coat, my penetrating yellow eyes and, oh ya, no tail. A little misunderstanding with a coyote (you should see the coyote!) Little runt got me on my legs also but they are now fully recovered, running and jumping like old times. The tail area bothers me a bit so I take some meds every day (I gobble it up with my food) and , let me tell you, “thems good stuff”. Being an older feline I sleep quite a bit but still love to play with my favourite wand toys and my plush whale. I follow my human around sort of like a shadow. And I sleep either at the bottom of his bed or right as his head where my loud purrs and nose licking are most appreciated. Oh, and I’ve just discovered Cat TV….WHERE HAS IT BEEN ALL MY LIFE. I can be a little feisty at times …I’m still a bit sensitive around the backside, and I don’t have a tail to let you know how I’m feeling. But you’ll learn my ways of communicating…apparently it’s very cute. So what are you waiting for….come get me.
Note from foster family: Raven is a beautiful senior cat that has gone through a lot in the past few months and has come through wonderfully. She has recovered from her amputation and surgery, and now runs around and jumps with no issues. She may have nerve ending or phantom pain at her backside so is on a mild sedative (Gabapentin) that she easily takes with her wet food. She may need to be on the medication long term. She is never more than a few feet from you, and loves to sleep as close to you as possible. She is a real sweetheart.

Additional adoption info
Adoption fee is $250 per adult cat, and $330 for kittens (under 8 months old).
This ensures that the cats that come into our care receive the attention they need, are spayed or neutered, and receive a rabies vaccination at the appropriate age. For City of Toronto residents, the adoption fee includes a mandatory City of Toronto cat license that is valid for one year. As you can imagine, these fees only begin to cover our costs; donations and ongoing fundraising efforts carry us the rest of the way!
Note:
-Senior cats (8 years or older) have an adoption fee of the adopter's choice, vs. our standard adult adoption fee of $250.
-Our adoption fee for an adult bonded pair (8 months or older) is $192.50 per cat vs. $385 per cat. Thanks for giving two loving friends a home together!
