Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Reese! This 4 year old hunk is waiting for his perfect person! Reese's background is quite unknown. He was adopted about 2 years ago from the local animal shelter by a couple. At the time, Reese and their cat were the only creatures in the home. The couple made the beautiful decision to welcome another addition - a human. Reese has decided that since this addition, he is no longer happy with his living arrangements. The family has made the heartbreaking decision to rehome Reese so that he can live his best life, baby free!
Reese would make a fantastic hiking partner or running partner. He loves an active lifestyle where he can be king of his castle. Reese does resource guard toys and food and has started to resource guard his previous male owner. Reese would thrive with a couple or single owner. Reese is cat friendly and gets along well with his cat companion. He is housebroken, crate trained, up to date on all vaccines, and neutered. An ideal environment would be one that would continuously stimulate Reese's adventurous nature. Reese is highly dog selective and has only done well with submissive female dogs. At this time, we are strongly recommending that he go to a home without other dogs, cats are okay!
Reese needs to find his person soon! If you think that would be you, please reach out to us at cltshelteredsoulsanimalrescue@gmail.com.
