Memphis is a beautiful 1-year-old, 50 lb husky mix with the sweetest soul and a truly stunning look. Her short, incredibly soft coat is a unique blend of gray and black with cream and tan highlights—so smooth and perfectly blended she almost looks airbrushed, like a little masterpiece.
She has a fantastic temperament and genuinely loves everyone she meets. Memphis is playful, active, and does great playing with other dogs, but she also has wonderful manners in public. She has met many people, including children, and is gentle, affectionate, and very sweet with little ones. While she hasn’t spent much time around cats, she seems like she could coexist with calm cats—though if they run, she may want to chase them just to play.
Memphis is doing very well with housetraining and uses a dog door successfully. She rides great in the car, walks beautifully on a leash, and will happily play fetch. She enjoys being close to her people and is very affectionate—she loves cuddling on the couch or even climbing right on top of you to be as close as possible when relaxing or sleeping.
She is crate trained and does fine, though being in a crate isn’t her favorite thing, and she may whine briefly at first, especially if she knows you’re nearby.
Overall, Memphis is an amazing young dog—loving, social, well-mannered, and full of joy. She’s the kind of companion who fits right into your life and your heart.
