My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Crinkle! 🐾

Crinkle is a very sweet and affectionate boy who loves to snuggle and share his purrs with the people he trusts. While he enjoys being close and cuddly, he also appreciates a little alone time now and then—making him a wonderful balance of loving and independent.

He gets along great with other cats and has done well with his foster sibling. With a slow and proper introduction, he has also shown that he can tolerate dogs. Although he hasn’t lived with children in his foster home, his gentle nature suggests he would likely do well with them.

If you’re looking for a cat who truly loves to love and will happily fill your home with purrs, Crinkle is your guy.

Crinkle came to us from a criminal neglect and hoarding case in Juneau County involving over 500 animals. Despite his difficult beginning, he has blossomed into a trusting, affectionate companion who is now ready for a safe and loving forever home. 💙

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

Our adoption process prioritizes accessibility, equality, and inclusivity. An application can be completed online or in person, ensuring accessibility for all potential adopters. Additionally, our application is available in Spanish to cater to a diverse range of applicants.

Once an application is submitted and approved, we facilitate adoption meet-and-greets on-site at our shelter's adoption center. This allows potential adopters to interact with the animals they are interested in and make informed decisions about their adoption.

Overall, our adoption program is designed to make the process as smooth and inclusive as possible, ensuring that each animal finds a loving and permanent home.
