Big Mac Max is a lovable Beagle mix with the sweetest personality and a heart as big as his smile. Max is about 6 years old and currently weighs 48 lbs, but he’s already on a healthy weight-loss plan with his foster family and working toward a goal of around 35 lbs. He’s doing great and just needs a committed adopter who will continue his diet and exercise routine so he can feel his best. 💪
Max is truly the most delightful houseguest. He’s calm, gentle, and affectionate, and he runs up to every human he meets for pets. He gets along wonderfully with dogs, cats, and kids, making him an easy fit for many homes. When he’s not soaking up attention, he’s happily snoozing or politely letting you know when it’s time to go outside—because yes, Max is house trained!
Max is neutered and up to date on all vetting. Once he reaches a healthier weight, he’ll also need a dental cleaning to keep him feeling great from nose to tail.

We do allow out of area adoptions, but do not provide transportation so interested adopters must come to the Knoxville, TN area for a meet.
