My name is Slinky!

Slinky came to our neighborhood in January when his owner moved in with my neighbor. One day he just appeared, playing with our four dogs. He appeared to have the head of a brindle pitbull or boxer and the body of a basset hound. His body is about 20-24" long with 4-5 inch high feet.
As the weather got colder, my husband talked with our neighbor to find out if they were letting the pup inside at night. He said no, because "he's an outside dog.' Then he said the owner had been arrested on a probation violation & returned to prison. He offered us the dog but when I opened the door to allow him inside, my males kept pushing him out. I felt terrible. This lil guy is so sweet & deserves someone to love him. I already love him but he needs someone of his own.
