Meet Peaches — sweetness in cat form!

Peaches is a beautiful 4–5-year-old medium-haired buff and white girl with a heart just as soft as her fur. True to her name, she’s incredibly sweet, affectionate, and people-loving. She’s the kind of kitty who melts into your hands for pets, happily accepts brushing sessions, and is always up for cuddles. Calm, mellow, and easygoing, Peaches would be a perfect companion for someone looking for a loving, low-drama kitty.

She also gets along wonderfully with other friendly cats and would do great in a home with a gentle feline friend. Canned food is one of her favorite things, and she never says no to quality cuddle time.

Peaches’ story is one of resilience and second chances. She came to us from an open-admission shelter when it was feared she had a terminal illness due to enlarged lymph nodes and loss of appetite, and she was facing possible euthanasia. Thanks to some truly amazing veterinary care and thorough diagnostics, it was determined that her lymph nodes were reactive to an internal issue — not cancer and not FIP. After a few weeks of treatment with steroids and antibiotics, her lymph nodes returned to normal, and Peaches is now feeling great and thriving. She also recently had a dental and had two teeth removed, and she’s recovered beautifully.
