Here's what the humans have to say about me:
✨ Meet Honey ✨
Honey is an absolute sweetheart! This medium-sized girl, about 45 pounds and approximately 3 years old, may be a little shy at first, but it doesn’t take long for her warm, loving personality to shine through. She’s affectionate, eager to please, and loves connecting with her people.
Honey walks beautifully on a leash, making her a wonderful companion for daily walks or adventures. She is mostly house trained and lets you know when she needs to go out—though she might have a few little accidents as she adjusts to her new routine. She’s very vocal when she needs attention, which makes her extra endearing!
Honey gets along well with other dogs—she enjoys playtime until she’s had enough and then politely lets them know it’s time for a break. She is good with cats and pretty much ignores them, making her adaptable in a multi-pet household. She has not been exposed to kids yet, so we are unsure how she will do around them.
This clever girl is very eager to learn new tricks and already knows “sit” and “up.” Treats are her motivation, and she loves showing off her smarts to earn them! Honey can be a little clingy, too, and will happily follow you around and snuggle when she gets the chance.
Honey is up to date on all her vaccinations and is scheduled for her spay, which will be fully covered by the rescue. She’s ready to find a loving home that can give her patience, structure, and plenty of affection.
If you’re looking for a loyal, loving, and playful companion, Honey may just be the perfect addition to your family! ❤️🐾
