Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Gumdrop! Gumdrop came to our care when her owner could no longer provide care for her, but she is ready for a forever home! Gumdrop has been very shy since being in our care, so she has been in a foster home for a little while to help her open up. Her foster has noted that Gumdrop has been slowly making wonderful progress with being more playful and opening up more and playing with their resident cat even! The resident cat has been teaching her what toys are and basically how to act like a cat! He truly has helped her open up! Her foster also notes that she loves to watch cat TV and play with her string toys! Gumdrop has been in foster for about 2 weeks now, so in a new home for her she may take longer than usual to warm up to a new environment due to having a history of being quiet and not opening up right away. Once you gain her trust, she will be a loyal companion! Interested in adopting? Please fill out an application at this link (https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/ACIL/Cat) and please specify the animal's name and ID number (if the ID number is not entered, we may mix up the animal you're interested in!) A staff member will reach out to you asap to discuss your application.
