My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

*** Zelda & Kali are in our PetSmart Encinitas adoption center. ***

Zelda #20110: black/orange/white calico, short hair, spayed female, born approx. 7/31/22
Kali #20111: black/orange/white calico, short hair, spayed female, born approx. 7/31/22

Cats: **BONDED PAIR**
Dogs: unknown
Children: unknown / elementary+

BACKGROUND: Zelda and Kali were adopted as kittens, but when their guardian became ill, rehoming them became a necessity. She reached out to The Rescue House to help her beloved girls.

PERSONALITY: They are darling calico sisters!
---Zelda (more stripey) is a gentle and easygoing kitty who likes to be petted on her head and neck most of all. She’d rather not be picked and be able to keep her paws under her own control, but she still loves interaction and you’ll find her napping under the covers! Zelda will push little plastic ring toys around on the floor and is happy to chase a feather wand toy or the laser pointer.
---Kali (more solid) is a very vocal girl who won’t hesitate to express random opinions as she follows you around. She likes to keep close to you, though when strangers come over she’ll bail. Kali likes to be petted though it’s best to keep things gentle and slow with the petting as she can get overstimulated with more vigorous pets. She also likes feather wands and will sleep next to you at night.
---Zelda and Kali MUST be adopted together.

COMPATIBILITY: Zelda and Kali haven’t been around other cats, dogs, or children and are used to a quiet routine-oriented home. They would most likely do better with slightly older children at least elementary-aged and up.

Looking for some calico love? How about double?
