My name is Keira!

Her name is Keira. I sold my house, and we both moved on to a sailboat. I thought she would get used to living on a sailboat. We have been on the boat for 6 months now, and she hates it. I have to lift her up onto and off the boat, and she doesn't like that. I think dogs can be depressed as well as humans. She looks sad all the time. She is around 12 years old, she is in perfect health, I have never had to take her to the vet in 10 years except for rabies shots. I have had her for over 10 years; she was a rescue. My friends and family who know her and me agree that I should find a better home for her than the one she has right now. She gravitates to women. Every time a female friend would come to my house, she would sit near their feet all the time. I would love the last few years of her life to be happy and not stuck on a boat alone most of the day. I am not abandoning her; she is a great, loyal girl,l and I owe her this.
