Meet Keke! Keke used to be an outside girl, but after a nice family took her in for the winter storm, she`s decided she`s over that life.
From her short vacation before arriving with us, we`ve learned a few things about her. Keke does NOT like other cats. She coexisted well with a small child and a dog, mostly just keeping to herself. Keke is a litterbox pro and is a very tidy girl.
Keke can also get overstimulated pretty easily sometimes. Although she tolerated the young child in the home petting her all over, here in the shelter she has shown some issues with being poked and prodded too much. A quieter home might be best for her. She also doesn`t enjoy being picked up and carried longer than what it would take to move her somewhere. If you have a (relatively) calm home and a little bit of patience, Keke would love to be your new best friend!
