My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tamarack
DSH Dilute Tortoiseshell
Female
Approx age 2 years

Tamarack had kittens last fall in the backyard of some kind individuals on the West Side of Grand Rapids. The people cared for her and her kittens and found the kittens homes but couldn't find anyone to take mama.

They reached out to us to see if we could help. We took her in, got her vet care completed and now she is ready for HER home!

She is friendly and playful. She loves her wet food and head scritches.

We think she'd do ok with dogs with slow introductions as she has been in foster with a large dog. She seems to not mind other cats but, again, slow introductions will be important!

Location: Happy Cat Cafe (happycatgr.com)

Medical: All cats are spayed/neutered, current on age appropriate vaccines (rabies and distemper), microchipped, given flea/tick prevention and dewormer, FIV/FeLV tested, and any other veterinary care that is needed prior to adoption.
