My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Percy!

Joined us in: December 2025

About Percy:
• A total snugglebug who believes life is best lived as close to his human as possible.
• Loves curling up in laps, making biscuits, and settling in for long, cozy naps.
• Enjoys playtime with yarn, string, and soft rolling balls — and can’t resist a good cardboard box.
• A reliable (and sweet) morning alarm clock, greeting the day with gentle meows around 6am.

His perfect match:
• A loving home that enjoys both independence and plenty of cuddle time.
• An adopter who appreciates a cat that will happily keep them company but is also content when left alone.
• Does well with children of all ages; other cats and dogs are currently unknown.

Some extra facts about Percy:
• Settles into new environments right away — no adjustment period needed!
• Very food-motivated and enthusiastic about all meals of the day.
• Has gingivitis and some diet sensitivities, which are easily managed with the right care and food.
• Occasionally gets extra enthusiastic while kneading, but responds very well to gentle redirection and training.

In short:
Percy is a confident, affectionate boy whose superpower is snuggling. Whether he’s chasing yarn, napping in a box, or curled up on your lap making biscuits, Percy is ready to slide seamlessly into his forever home and fill it with love.
