This helps 2 Blondes All Breed Rescue with pet care costs.
Chief: 20 lbs of Boss Energy and Distinguished Gentleman Vibes
Chief is a 6 year old, 20-pound professional sidekick who believes his job is to bring you a toy the moment you walk in the door. Squeaky toys and tug-of-war are his favorite activities, complete with playful grumbles that are his way of showing he’s having fun.
He loves walks and would be great for someone who enjoys daily strolls or light hikes. He has plenty of energy but with short legs, so think “enthusiastic explorer,” not marathon runner. He’s improving his leash manners and is an easy size for apartment living.
Chief is 100% potty trained, has excellent house manners, and is not destructive (he barely even tears up toys). He’s not the biggest fan of crates as he prefers to relax freely.
He is friendly with strangers, does well with other dogs but does not need a canine companion, and would likely do best in a cat-free home due to his love of chasing squirrels and rabbits.
At night, Chief’s true leadership style shines. He wants to cuddle as close as possible and may be a bit of a bed hog.
If you’re looking for a loyal, playful, low maintenance cuddle boss, Chief is ready to report for duty!
