Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Luna: a soft soul with a heart of gold and the gentlest glow 🌙🐾
Luna is about a year old, around 36 pounds, and somehow even cuter in person (photos truly do not do her justice). She’s a little shy at first, but beneath that quiet exterior is a very sweet, gentle, good-natured girl who just wants to feel safe and loved. After coming from an abusive situation, Luna is learning that humans can be kind—and she’ll need an adopter who understands that trust takes time and patience.
Once she settles in, Luna is pretty close to perfect. She’s calm, quiet, and does excellent in her crate. She’s not a barker and has the softest, most polite energy you can imagine. She’s great with other dogs and good with kids, though we don’t yet know how she feels about cats.
Luna is still working on house training and will need continued consistency and encouragement, but she’s eager to please and doing her best. Give her time, routine, and gentle guidance, and she’ll continue to blossom.
If you’re looking for a quiet, loving companion with a tender heart and an endless supply of sweetness—Luna is ready to shine in her forever home ✨

Luna is being fostered in Worcester, MA.
The adoption fee is $500.

Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most of the dogs, we are only guessing at the predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.
We expect that all adopted dogs will enroll in a formal dog training class with their new owners. Obedience and training classes are an excellent way to learn more about your newly adopted dog, gain handling and training experience, and improve your relationship with your pet.
