🚨 FOSTER OR ADOPT BUCKY 🚨
4-year-old Beagle Mix | Professional Stage 5 Clinger | Snow Enthusiast
⸻
Bucky is what we in the industry call… emotionally committed.
Not casually interested.
Not “independent but affectionate.”
No.
This man is D1 Clingy. Scholarship Level. Full Ride.
If you’ve ever said,
“I just wish someone needed me more,”
Bucky has entered the chat.
⸻
❄️ Fun Facts About Sir Bucky of Snow Chompington:
• Certified Snow Chomper™ – he randomly attacks snow like it owes him money.
• Perks right up around smaller kids (the confident, inviting kind who say “hi puppy!” without fear).
• Tolerates other dogs… but is not here for their nonsense. He’s not trying to make friends. He’s trying to make you his entire personality.
• Knows “sit” because he is a scholar.
• Walks nicely… until he remembers he has beagle ancestry and briefly considers running a marathon.
• Whines. Howls. Vocalizes his feelings. Especially if separated by something offensive like… a baby gate.
⸻
💞 Let’s Talk About the Clinginess
Bucky does not believe in personal space.
He believes in shared air.
He would absolutely sit on your lap while you drive if given the opportunity.
He does not want to be near you.
He wants to be on you.
Working from home? He’s your coworker.
Watching TV? He’s your weighted blanket.
Going to the bathroom? He has questions.
⸻
Bucky is not a background character.
He is the main plotline.
If you’re ready for a dog who loves loudly, attaches deeply, and chomps snow with reckless abandon — he’s your guy.

Additional adoption info
We try to make the adoption process as smooth, convenient and easy as possible. We treat each animal as an individual and take that into account when approving applications. While one dog may require a 6ft privacy fenced in yard, another may be just as happy going on walks and living in an apartment. We consider the home set up and lifestyle of Adopters in regard to the pet they are interested in more than other barriers.
