Windy came to us after a neighbor heard the sound of her cries and found her trapped inside a backyard shed on a cold day. She’s safe and cozy inside now— discovering that indoor life is the best! She is still figuring things out fully, but is a curious explorer and enjoys lounging on the cat tree and watching birds from the window. Toys haven’t really clicked with her yet, but she has shown interest in chasing wand toys. While she's not a fan of being picked up or carried, Windy is very friendly, personable and loves companionship. She will happily curl up in a lap for a quick nap, and at night she faithfully sleeps at the foot of her foster mom’s bed like a tiny guardian. If you’re looking for an easy-going, sweet, affectionate, pretty girl who enjoys pets and purrs, Windy is looking for her forever home and may be your perfect match.

Windy would do fine with other cats and likely be fine with friendly dogs with proper introductions. She needs a home and family that will let her settle in at her own pace.
