If you’re looking for a companion who is as sweet as her name suggests, look no further. Angel, a stunning 2-year-old fawn/tan Chihuahua mix, is trading the wide-open spaces of Texas for the bright lights of New York City!
Angel isn't just taking any transport—she’s traveling in style. Thanks to a dedicated flight chaperone, this petite southern belle is flying in-cabin all the way from Dallas/Fort Worth to ensure she arrives relaxed, refreshed, and ready for her New York debut.
The Lowdown on Angel
Age: 2 years old (The "Golden Age"—past the puppy phase, but full of life!)
Origin: Texas (A true Southern sweetheart)
Arrival: Wednesday, February 4 | 3:15 pm arrival to LGA Airport (pick-up preferred!)
Vibe: Friendly, social, and ready to be your shadow.
Her Personality
Angel is the definition of a "social butterfly." She’s known for her friendly demeanor toward both humans and fellow canines. Whether it’s a morning stroll in Central Park or a cozy evening on the sofa, Angel just wants to be where the love is.
Humans: Loves 'em! She’s ready to be your best friend.
Dogs: Very dog-friendly and enjoys the company of her peers.
Cats: She’s curious! While she's not cat tested, we imagine she can live with feline friends, though she’ll appreciate a slow, supervised introduction to her new roommates.
Seeking a Soft Spot to Land
Angel is touching down on Wednesday, February 4, and she needs a foster or foster-to-adopt home to welcome her the moment she leaves the airport. She’s looking for someone to show her the ropes of city life and provide the "soft spot" she deserves after her long journey from the Lone Star State.
**Angel will likely need some level of continued house / leash / crate training. She is known to be dog friendly. No additional photos or information are available at this time.** Angel is eligible for our foster-to-adopt program.
