My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Dax, the happiest boy you'll ever meet! This goofy 9-month-old bundle of love is searching for his forever home. Since Dax is already 65 pounds, he'll need an owner with experience handling large breed dogs and confident leadership. This sweet boy is housebroken, crate-trained, and gets along great with his foster dog friends. Dax is an emotional boy who's still finding his footing, and he has high energy levels that need to be channeled. He thrives on structure, boundaries, and clear expectations. A confident handler who knows how to walk a large dog is a must. Dax's passions include going on long walks, playing with toys, engaging in epic tug-of-war battles with his foster sister, and going on car rides to Home Depot with his foster dad!

Dax's ideal forever home would have large breed experience, an active lifestyle, provide continual training, and a securely fenced yard. If there's another dog in the home, a larger, confident dog companion would be best. No young kids for this boy due to his size and him still being all puppy! Older kids who understand boundaries would be preferred. But ultimately, Dax is looking for a best friend to spoil him and give him all the one-on-one attention he deserves! Could you be Dax's perfect match?
