My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi I'm D! I'm 5 months old and a big sweet silly puppy! I'm super smart and learn so fast. I like to play with toys - especially squishy ones I can chew on and balls to play fetch or kick around. My arms and legs are so long and I can be a bit clumsy, my foster parents think it's very cute. I'm potty trained, crate trained, know a few commands, and am eager to learn more each day. I'm a curious guy and can be nosy, but I listen great and will respond well to corrections and redirections. I haven't played with many dogs yet but I think I like most of them and could probably be best friends with slow introductions. The best part about me is that I LOVE to snuggle. I am just a giant lap dog and want to be a part of your life.

More about this rescue

We rescue and rehabilitate dogs who are at risk in overcrowded shelters, including many who have been victims of cruelty and dogfighting, and then place them in permanent homes. We also advocate for pit bulls through educational and outreach programs and work to build a community that supports the bond between dogs and people.
