Their adoption process

Prior to adoption, all animals are up to date on vaccinations and tests and are spay/neutered, age dependent. Anderson County Animal Rescue Foundation also facilitates adoptions for animals available through other animal rescues and shelters we work with. Each has their own adoption process and forms, but all are similar.

Adoption steps

  1. Meet the Pet
    1. Send an email to tell us what pet(s) you are interested in, and let us know your telephone/cell number and location.
  2. Interview
  3. Submit Application

Go meet their pets

We do not have a physical facility and available animals posted may be in different locations. If you are interested in meeting one of the pets we post, please send an email with your contact phone number and we will be happy to facilitate and arrange a convenient meeting place, date and time.
