Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, my name is Chico and I am a handsome, affectionate black tabby male kitty with a huge personality. My mama and four siblings came from Casa Grande. I love to explore things and play with my siblings and toys, although I can be very possessive of MY toy. I will carry it around the house and let my siblings know they better not try to take it or else. I have earned the nickname Fly Boy because my human says I am a cross between the Energizer Bunny on steroids and Superman because of the way I fly around the house, tackle my siblings and jump off of things. I play hard and I nap hard. I don’t like to be disturbed when I am sleeping and mutter at my siblings when they disturb my beauty rest. I also prefer food bowls that are wider so I don’t rub my whiskers. I definitely do not like shots and will be quite vocal in expressing my displeasure. When I was incarcerated at the jail (ok, it was the shelter) and doing time for some tummy issues, I was let out for “play time” so of course I would have to strut up to the big cat cages and try to intimidate them (they were pretty scared if you ask me). Those are some of the things that earned me my other nickname, His Highness. I do like to be held and will sit on your lap, (once I have tuckered myself out from playing). I do not care to sleep alone, and would rather sleep with my human. Although I am pretty much fearless when it comes to heights, I am not too keen on loud noises, like the hair dryer, but can get used to them. (Except for the vacuum cleaner, I am sure that is going to eat me.) While I believe I have bones of steel, my tummy is another story and I currently need to be careful about what I eat (dietary changes that didn’t agree with me and a reaction to one of my shots). I am very good in the house and use my scratching post, so please provide me with at least one. Did I mention that I LOVE to play and impress you with my fearless acrobatics? Please call 623-773-2246 or email information@4pawsrescue.org
