Meet Mr. Ray — Your Gentle Guide on a Very Calm Reef
Just like his Finding Nemo namesake, Mr. Ray is a super shy but incredibly sweet kitty who prefers a peaceful current and a slow, thoughtful journey. He’s searching for a quiet, indoor-only home where patience, routine, and kindness are part of the daily lesson plan.
Mr. Ray may be okay with quiet teens who respect boundaries, and one thing is absolutely essential: other friendly cats are a MUST HAVE. Having feline “students” around helps him feel safe and supported as he adjusts. He’s unsure about dogs, so a calm, bark-free reef is best for this gentle soul. Mr. Ray will need lots of extra time to adjust and get to know his new family, but once he does, his sweetness quietly shines.
Mr. Ray’s Ideal Reef Setup: Plenty of cozy hiding and napping spots (sea-grass nap zones encouraged!) Cat trees, scratching posts, and window perches for calm exploration Tons of toys, especially interactive and catnip-filled ones
Favorite Treats: Treats, wet food, catnip, and gentle encouragement
If your home has friendly feline companions and a whole lot of patience, Mr. Ray is ready to just keep swimming his way into a loving forever home.
