My name is Cashmere!

Cashmere is a high-energy lynx point Siamese with light blue eyes and a smooth, light coat accented by gray stripes. She knows her full name and happily answers to Cashy or Cash. Her meow can be loud, demanding and opinionated, but once she trusts you, she turns into a melty purr machine who loves playtime and your devotion.

Cash is an impressive athlete and climber - if there’s a ledge, she’ll try to conquer it. She needs a person or family committed to regular interactive play to burn off her youthful energy, especially with wand toys or laser pointers. Earn her trust through play, and you’ll gain a loyal shadow: part jelly cat, part bodyguard.

She may be a bit flighty at first and hide until she feels comfortable, but Cash truly craves connection. 

With patience and respect for her boundaries, she’d likely do well with kids. She’s vocal with some cats, chill with others and hasn’t met dogs yet, but could integrate with a good-natured cat or kitten given time and proper introductions following KKR guidance. However, she’d also thrive as an only pet, as she enjoys being the center of the universe.

Cashmere came to Kneading Kitty’s Rescue due to her previous person’s declining health and deep love for her. She is spayed, microchipped, dewormed, up to date on vaccines (including rabies) and FELV/FIV negative. Can Cashmere be part of your universe? Her adoption fee is $350.
