My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Mickle. Mickle is a handsome grey-and-white domestic shorthair who’s finding shelter life a little overwhelming. He came to us through no fault of his own; his previous family had to surrender him when their landlord no longer allowed pets. Having known the comfort of a home, Mickle is really missing that quiet, familiar environment and is feeling stressed in the shelter setting. Loud noises are especially scary for him -- the vacuum is definitely not his friend. Because of this, Mickle will need a patient, understanding adopter who can give him the time and space he needs to decompress and feel safe again. With a gentle approach, a calm home, and a little love, Mickle has all the potential to blossom into a wonderful companion. He may even enjoy a confidence boost from another cat friend!

If you have room in your heart and home for a cat who just needs a second chance, please apply today and come meet Mickle. He’s ready to start his next chapter with you.
