BACKGROUND: Pumpkin Spice was heavily pregnant when she was left at a high-kill shelter and was soon scheduled to be euthanized. We were able to pull her in time, though she couldn’t wait until she reached her foster home and gave birth to four kittens during her brief stay at the vet!
PERSONALITY: These kittens are scrumdiddlyumptious! ---Veruca Salt is a little reserved but loves to follow her siblings and join in the fun. She loves to burrow under blankets and take naps on her foster mom’s legs. Playful and curious, Veruca is a big fan of chasing balls and wand toys. ---Charlie is a brave and friendly girl who is a lap kitty once she’s worn herself out enough. This leader loves to play and wrestle! ---Augustus is a mama’s boy who needs a friend to build his confidence. He is very playful and loves to wrestle and jump. He’ll run back to a comfort spot when scared, but is getting braver as he grows. ---Fluffy Violet is sweet and cuddly and doesn’t mind being held and petted. She’ll sit nearby and let you give occasional belly pets when she’s comfortable. Violet isn’t as much into wrestling… her activity of choice is exploration!
COMPATIBILITY: Each must have a welcoming kitty playmate—we recommend sibling pairs! They have not met dogs or children. Since they can startle with loud noises and sudden movements we suggest calm children over five who understand how to be patient.
Like a chocolate factory, the Wonka kittens will bring so much sweetness into your life!
