My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I’m Tairn

Yes, that Tairn—named after a legendary book series, so you already know I’m special. I’m a 2-year-old handsome bearded dragon looking for my forever home. I was surrendered for being “aggressive,” but I’d like to officially clear my name. I am not aggressive—just very enthusiastic about bugs. Sometimes during feeding time I may have mistaken a finger for a worm, and honestly… can you blame me? Because of this, my foster feeds me outside my enclosure, and we’re all living happily ever after. In fact, my foster says I’m the sweetest little beardie. I love cuddles, pets, and being handled, and I’ve never tried to bite or act tough. No head bobbing, no attitude—just chill vibes. I even get to roam the house sometimes because I’m active, curious, and love exploring like the brave dragon I am. The only thing I’m still learning? To love greens. I'm trying because my foster tells me they're important. But, let’s be real. Bugs are my true love.

If you’re looking for a friendly, inquisitive, food-motivated dragon with a heart of gold and a legendary name to match, I might just be your guy. Apply to bring me home today!
