Meet Osiris, a 2-year-old Rottweiler with a heart as big as his paws 💙 This handsome guy is over 100 lbs of pure love and is patiently waiting for the committed, active family he deserves.
Osiris is sweet, goofy, and full of personality. His favorite thing? FETCH! 🎾 He’ll happily play until your arm gets tired (and then try to convince you to throw it one more time). He’s friendly with people and would do well with dog-savvy kids who understand his size and strength.
He’s also dog-friendly, though he could use some continued training and manners—nothing unusual for a big, enthusiastic young Rottie who’s eager to learn and please. No food or toy aggression here 🙌 Just a big boy who needs structure, guidance, and love. He prefers a home without feline friends.
Osiris needs an experienced, dedicated, and active home that understands large breeds and is ready to invest in continued training and lifelong companionship. In return? You get loyalty, laughter, and a best friend who will adore you endlessly 🐾

After receiving your filled out application, we will screen your information and determine if we have a pet that is a good fit for you. Project Precious Rescue, Inc. is a 501(c)3 registered non-profit organization dedicated to animal rescue.
We are a small scale rescue based in Fairfield County, Connecticut. Our animals are placed in carefully screened foster homes while they are waiting to find their forever homes - we do not have a facility/shelter.
The mission of PPR is to rescue adoptable animals who may otherwise face homelessness or death, and find them loving forever homes. Our goal is to provide the best veterinary care, and we strive to place our animals in carefully screened homes that best match their needs. We rely solely on donations, and do not profit from our work. We rescue on our terms - dogs and cats, and do not discriminate against age/breed. PPR believes every animal deserves a second chance!
