My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This beautiful girl is ready for someone who will absolutely cherish her! She's a calm senior gal looking for a quiet place to land.

Olive has lived as the only pet her entire life, so we aren't sure how she would respond to other animals. This low-key senior is a bit on the hefty side and will benefit from a monitored diet.

If you're looking for a gorgeous, calm lady to keep you company, we have a feeling that Olive will really blossom once she settles into her new, calm home.

Go meet their pets

Our pets are currently in foster homes as well as we have a program with the local women's prison. With the prison the animals live in the room with the inmate handler and receive socialization and training. We have just recently added dogs to our program with the prison. Generally the pets are brought to our office for their meet and greets and adoptions. We also partner with Ziggy's Cat Lounge in Bremerton for our cats and kittens.

More about this rescue

We are a small but mighty Humane Society serving an underserved county with adoption, spay and neuter, wellness, stray recovery, and other animal related services. Currently we are all foster as we don't have a shelter yet, but we have a 5 acre parcel we are going to build a shelter on. We have started the planning process with Shelter Planners of America.
