Toby is a one of a kind dog. He is loving, really smart, very obedient. He’s also a lapdog. He loves to play catch, and always wants attention. He knows what is pee and poop means, being so you tell him to go pee and he will do just that.
In addition, he follows commands of sit, stay, lay down, and give paw.
He’s also shy at first with people, but doesn’t bark at them, well maybe sometimes, but that is all. He just doesn’t give in easily to be petted by strangers.
