My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Step right up and meet a delightful quartet who seem to have wandered out of a sepia-toned photograph and straight into your living room. These kittens carry themselves with the quiet dignity of a bygone era, the sort that suggests they might enjoy a good windowsill, a sunbeam at precisely 2 p.m., and the gentle rustle of a newspaper. Do not be fooled, though. Beneath that vintage charm beats the heart of pure kitten chaos: playful pounces, curious noses, and sudden bursts of speed for no discernible reason at all.

They are affectionate without being overbearing, curious without being reckless, and endlessly entertaining in that soft, old-soul way that feels comforting rather than chaotic. Whether napping in a cozy heap or investigating the world with wide, thoughtful eyes, this group brings warmth, humor, and a touch of nostalgia wherever they go.

All kittens have been spayed or neutered, microchipped, and are current on vaccines and flea prevention. Their adoption fee is $75 each. As with all New Leash cats, they must be strictly indoor only and may not be declawed.

If your home could use a little old-fashioned charm paired with modern-day kitten antics, this distinguished group would be delighted to take up residence and make themselves entirely at home. 🐱

More about this rescue

New Leash on Life is dedicated to improving the welfare of companion animals in our community through shelter, placement, spay/neuter, education and awareness.

Our goals include the following:

To educate the public about the importance of having their pets spayed or neutered, and to provide low or no cost surgeries for those in need.

To shelter and provide care for stray, abused, or relinquished animals.

To educate the general population about the seriousness of pet overpopulation.

To end euthanasia as a means of controlling pet overpopulation.

To find good homes for the animals in our care.

Our hope for the future is that there will be no unwanted, unloved or abandoned companion animal. We will continue with our aggressive spay/neuter campaign and our owner education programs in the hopes that any pet ever adopted will find a permanent, loving home. We believe that with the involvement of our community we will make a significant impact on the welfare of companion animals, but we need your help and understanding. Together, will make the difference.
